Home Workouts. Grab a mat Inside or Outside No weights Or With ... LEGS Complete 12 Reps of each exercise = 1 Round . Total exercises = 5 Complete a total of 2 Rounds. Repeat with no weights or Add weights for Round 2 to increase intensity. Exercises 1 Sumo Squats 2 Alternating Side Lunge 3 Alternating Forward Lunge . 4 Alternating Side Squat . 5 Alternating Curtsey Lunge Core - Abs / Back Complete 6 Reps of each combination = 1 Round . Repeat 2 more rounds . Total = 3 Rounds Combination Exercises Abdominal Cycle / Arms Forward and Back Combination Mountain Climber / Shoulder Tap Remember to keep your core engaged .
