I'm excited to announce that I'll be teaching yoga at Complete Core Pilates here in Kettle Valley. We are working out a few details, but in the meantime you can send me a message to sign up:) Starting sept 17th Sundays 7-8pm Thursdays 9-10am... All levels welcome. I'll be working through some different flows to allow for some strengthening, stretching and all the feels. Looking forward to it!
