A few weeks ago I photographed my very first wedding on beautiful Hornby Island! Here are some of my fave shots from the day. More to come! I was absolutely honoured to capture their big day. The bride and I met in University a number of years ago. We took a wine tasting class together for misc credits towards our business degrees. I was very focused on my career in the Financial Services industry then. If she had told me back then that I would one day be a photographer and ...photograph her wedding, I woulda spit my wine out! Which reminds me... this month also marks 3 years since I took a leap and left my job to become self-employed. I never imagined I’d be taking photos and creating videos for a living... but I love it and haven’t looked back. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way! And more importantly... congratulations to this wonderful couple! @hilarymae_
