It is with profound sadness that I tell you that Sonny passed away this evening at approximately 845pmn. Jean Stevens was unable to get Rev. Don so she asked Rev. David Kierstead to meet Carolyn at Ridgewood. On a personal note, this is the closing of a chapter for me. Sonny served in Korea with my dad, who was also a member of #53 in the 1970s-80s+/-. I've known Sonny since at least the 1970s. Rick lowered our flags to half staff yesterday for the victims of the horrendous N...ova Scotia crime. He will leave the flags in that position for a minimum of another 7 days as we remember the NS victims and our own Sonny. Harold Secretary #53
