The Jess 4 Kids Fund (Jessica Eaman Ski Scholarship for Kids) created in Jessica's memory, provides funds to children and youth who would not otherwise be able to afford cross country skiing or snowshoeing opportunities. ANNUAL JESS FOR KIDS TIPS UP CUP - Starts at 10 AM - J4K RAFFLE... - BONFIRE - FACE PAINTING - REFRESHMENTS - FUN FAMILY EVENT - AND MORE!!! The Jess4Kids Tips Up Cup is our Club Championship, with the focus on fun! The more participants the better. Additional details are in the lodge on the bulletin board. COSTUMES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! Race fees: $5 for kids and $10 for adults. Registration 8:30 - 9:30 AM on Race Day at Sovereign Lake Lodge TEAM CHALLENGE - Starts at 11 AM The Team Challenge is a fun relay for four - person teams (two of whom will be skiing and two snowshoeing) The teams challenge is to FUNdraise for Jess4Kids through pledges, not to win the race - so no experience necessary! Teams should ear Winter Carnival - themed costumes celebrating "Wonderland" Jess4Kids funding is available to qualified schools, community organizations and individuals. Wow, FB just reminded me of this ... It's amazing to see how far J4K has come in 5 years! Thousands and thousands of dollars raised for those in need, all In Memory and Celebration of Jessica Eaman !!! We have such a solid group of people, so much gratitude for all involved (if anyone else wants to volunteer comment below) ... The family that has grown out of this tragedy is a beautiful thing. Go team!
