Came across this gem of a photo today. It is one of Jesse’s favourites. The good ‘ol boys. It was taken in 2014 on the site of one of our projects. These craftsmen are true masters of their trades - masonry, painting, and joinery. Jesse met them many years before when he was working as a carpenter for Arnold Enns and Otto Quiring. If you’ve been around Kelowna long enough, you know Enns and Quiring Construction as legendary custom home builders in this town. Dan and Carl Enns..., sitting on the right, still build the cabinets for a lot of our projects and we’re grateful. Jesse cherishes the friendship and mentorship of these good men. The rest of these craftsmen have since retired, but Jesse has worked hard and intentionally to build a team of staff and trade partners that have a lot of the same qualities. They have old-school work ethic, they are respectful, they look out for one another, they take pride in their work, and they like to have a little fun while doing it.
