Dear Lavington Community ~ I love you Thank you for doing yoga with me, for laughing and practicing through all the weird distractions of outdoor yoga (we are on a basketball court, near a busy road, a park and a pellet plant... so there’s a lot of distractions!) and for being flexible and understanding when life is crazy and I need to re-schedule a class. I’m so excited to have been given the opportunity to share what I love in this wonderful little community that we live in. Free community yoga begins January 7th! This class will be beginner friendly with plenty of modifications for the poses! Please bring your own yoga mat. Classes will be held in the elementary school gym on Mondays and Thursday from 7-8pm.
