****Attention ladies, I just wanted to share some important information as there really isn’t a lot out there for you gals and this is a common question I have to answer.**** Permanent Makeup Breakdown Powdered Brows Microblading What’s the difference?... Powdered brows are done with a small needle using a pmu machine instead of a razor. It’s a minimally invasive procedure that can last for many years. This process is very customizable and will not turn horrible unbearable colours such as pink and orange as all my pigments are iron oxide free. (Yes I’m also able to cover old work that has turned funky colours!!). Think of this tattoo as a more of a surface tattoo the pen helps with depth to avoid going too deep which can change the colour to shades of greens and it also allows for consistency throughout the brow. I always use a pre-numbing cream before we begin as well as a secondary numbing cream that is safe on broken skin for throughout the procedure. Some clients are comfortable enough throughout their appointment to even take a cat nap Microblading, however is done with a razor blade that cuts into the skin, which over time can cause scar tissue. Healing is unpredictable. There is higher risk for infection. It can be very painful. Depth is harder to control.But most importantly it can be an extremely unpleasant experience that only lasts for 6 months- a year. Many of my clients come in very nervous to try powdered because the thought of microblading again terrified them and they think that powdered is a comparable processuntil they try it! Although trained for microblading I will NOT offer this service now or in the future.

Hello guys, I haven’t checked in for a while....between covid, home Reno’s, and family time this summer has blown by. I’m hoping by the end of summer vacation to have my studio set back up at a new location. Stay tuned for the new setup and start date!!!!
