I will NEVER forget this little girl. Not only are her mommy and daddy wonderful (and I mean she is the sweetest little thing too!) but, little Miss R was my first 'covid baby'. Her mom and I had been chatting non stop through email, before we even met, and once she was born, the world went into lockdown. She was the very first baby through my studio doors after the pandemic and months of not doing what I love the most. I remember the chats her mom and I had, I remember photographing her as my oldest newborn ever, and now a year later- it reminds me that the 2020, as challenging as it was.... Brought us some pretty wonderful things, and for that, I am thankful. Happy One Year beautiful girl.

I knew the minute I met this expecting mama, I needed to hear her laugh, so I could match it to her beautiful smile.

The last shot on my camera today <3. I was going to get a bit of a profile shot of this sweet girl, just as she bust out a huge smile. I figured that was her way of saying, OK lady here's your smile, now give me back to my mama!

I swear, as this mom told me about her IVF journey, this baby boy was listening as she called him her rainbow baby.

I have SO many babies to share with you, when my laptop arrives back from repairs. In the mean time I am putting finishing touches on this gorgeous gallery going home tomorrow. I love the way this man looks at his stunning wife who is carrying their 6th baby. I was blown away by their amazing connection.

Cheers to Friday! One more Fall shoot with @mommyconnectionsottawa this morning, and then I start to wind down and get my family ready for the holidays!
