This girl just got a first time home buyer who was struggling in this market into their dream first home by driving around and finding them a house, somehow negotiating it for under asking in this insane market and got them a home inspection AND negotiated a better price at the end. She is genuinely an amazing person and we couldn't have picked someone better to finish off our little team. . @kimmytwotwo who has the best sense of humour, and who is seriously the jill of all trades. This girl can do absolutely anything. She's our stager, our marketing guru, keeps us organized, makes the most beautiful client gifts, does all of our behind the scenes marketing for listings and so much more She is somehow 5 steps ahead of us all the time. I dont even know I need something done yet and she has text me to let me know it's done. She is so thoughtful and funny and I'm never letting her leave us .
