One of my intentions with The Serenity Experience installations in Riverside was for them to bring a bit of magic and hope for everyone who sees them, and especially for people who need those things right now. This morning I was at the salon early and getting a little vibrate-y anticipating the announcement for Toronto to open or not to open. I was getting nervous to hear we wouldn’t open, nervous to hear we would open.... by the time we are allowed to open again it will have been 7+ months of the last 12 closed The hairdressing industry is forever different. The light on this wall caught my eye and I just watched it for a bit and thought about all of the people who have been a part of me this year and I didn’t feel sad, I felt relief and a little sparkle. I’ve tagged some of the people here, but I am sure I am missing at least as many as I am tagging. to another 2 weeks of waiting to all the people in my life
