Today Ontario announced stay at home orders to stop the spread of COVID. Health services including massage therapy have been deemed essential, so we have been permitted to continue to provide treatments. Please be safe and let’s together keep each other healthy.

A new year full of new opportunities. Find joy, gratitude and hope. I wish you a Happy and healthy 2021.

This afternoon the province announced a provincial wide lockdown beginning the 26th. Unlike the in the spring, this time massage therapy is NOT part of that restriction. The provinces is allowing all regulated health professions(including massage therapy)to continue to practice. So no fear for now you can still get massage therapy.
