This was my clients first experience with acupuncture and she was a trooper! She’s suffering with foot pain from standing for long periods in heavy shoes. Goals! Set them & crush them! If you would have told me 4 months ago I was going to do the @heartbreakerchallenge I would have laughed at you...well I did it! I’ve set some of goals for myself and thank god for some amazing people today @breanneholmes6 @ltwilliams81 @telegdy24 @amandashemoun (especially you girl! You were my side kick the whole way!) and many more who literally picked me up, lifted me and gave me the strength today to get through it! I haven’t had this much fun in a long time! Now I have some goals for next years run...that giant hay bail I’m coming for you!!!

Today I used my Member's Statement to lend support to the W.E. Trans Support Centre, and to condemn last week's targeted attack on their downtown office. The W....E. Trans Support Centre is resilient, and despite the break-in, they are continuing to serve the community out of their downtown space, providing the services that people rely on. They are a crucial part of our community in Windsor-Essex, and they continue to be a safe space for those that seek their support. I want to encourage all allies of the Centre to offer their support to W.E. Trans as they restore their space, and join me in renouncing this targeted attack.
