Over the weekend I spent my time learning a new technique called Cupping (new to me, cupping has been around for 5000 years!) and I am very excited to share it with you guys! It is likely that I will just begin to include it in my regular massage treatments with your consent prior to beginning a session, but will also be offering it as a separate service for those that decide it's awesome (because, it is, awesome!) Here is some information and a few photos of what cupping and the results of cupping looks like.

So I am a little bit of an anatomy nerd at heart, and I am super excited about this discovery!! The Human Body is always evolving, as we grow and change through generations, humans have lost muscles that the body no longer has a use for. Awesome, right? It is unclear whether these researchers believe this muscle has always existed and just went unnoticed or not. I wonder if over the years, the human body has suffered enough serious knee injuries, that we evolved and devel...oped a new muscle to help support this joint more efficiently.
