These two pictures were taken 30 minutes apart. Picture on the bottom: Standing too tall, short stride, shoulders already opening into ball release. Picture on top: Body is much lower, stride is longer, shoulders are closed off towards target while hips are open. ... Only thing he worked on was moving his center of mass more efficiently. If you can do that the body will clean up it’s own inefficiencies. Stop wasting time training the symptoms. Want to know more? Ask me.

This kid has excellent hand speed. Once he learns to get his bat on plane early he’ll be attacking the ball on an upward angle which translates to gap power
