Mashed Potato Squash Tastes just like the name, but in squash form. Healthier than a potato and tasty! Texture is just like mashed potatoes, but more moist. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble! Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and we have fresh (not frozen) turkeys just in time for the holiday long weekend in October. The turkeys are raised at a neighbour's Mennonite farm and are processed at a government inspected plant. Plucked and cleaned....
