November Real Estate Sales on Steroids !! We sold 854 Homes in our local area for the month of November - that is an increase of 33% more homes then sold last November 2019 with the average price in Middlesex at $604,212 (up 24.8% compared to last Nov) and London’s average price $541,377 (up 29.9% compared to Nov 2019) We have approx 3 weeks of inventory for buyers to look at - meaning if we continue to sell homes at this rate and no one lists their home over the next 3 weeks we would be completely out of homes to sell !!
