Today we're working on a renovation of the former Wainfleet Train Station, one of 4 remaining buildings in Ontario with the distinctive "Witch's Hat" roof line. This is one of several historic buildings in Niagara that we have had the opportunity to preserve and enhance. Thanks to our friends BMP Construction.

We are back! Office is open and we're digging out from a pile of Snail- Voice- and E-mails.

Our office will be closed until July 5. We're out exploring big beautiful Canada.

A little more than a year ago, two 7th grader's stopped by the office and delivered a knock-out sponsorship pitch for their VEX robotics team. We offered some help here and there, but they did all the heavy lifting on their own. 12 months later, they're provincial champs. Congratulations Owen and Josh!

Final inspection photo from one of our farm clients. Pre-fab wood trusses modified to remove ceiling/loft and provide 20' clear space to park a combine. Also added lean-to wings to each side of the existing barn.

James Federico & Associates now offers 3D Printing. Rapid prototyping, scale models, and hard to find parts in ABS and PLA plastic. Sizes up to 8" in any directon.

With the exceptional assistance from the great team at Western Mechanical we had the pleasure of moving this beautiful two story log home, via barge, from Moore... Point, Port Severn all the way to South Bay, Honey Harbour. This has to be one of A&A's biggest moves to date and it went off without a hitch!!! See more
