Groups fill very fast, register today!... 11 Years of Complete Athlete Summer Ice! Background: Running from mid July to the end of August, each player receives 2 icetimes ( on average ) per week to get them back on the ice enjoying the game. Icetimes are at great times, as we stay away from weekends and holidays so players can enjoy summer like it was meant to be. ( Summer holidays, golf, friends, boating, the beach ) Each icetime is 1 hr 15 mins long, within each icetime is approx 40 minutes of fast paced instructional drills and the remaining 35 minutes of a scrimmage and conditioning skate ( depending on the age group) Jim Lawrence has been running these icetimes for 11 years with great success. He is passionate about player development and knows how to run effective icetimes. Please share and tag all of your hockey friends.

The PW division will run Sept 6 & 7th due to tryouts starting Sept 8th. Our 3 on 3 fills up fast so get your spot early. Interesting facts: Complete Athlete is approaching 10 years in serving local Central AB youth hockey players. Complete Athlete was founded to serve the needs of players looking for additional training, on and off the ice.... Complete Athlete came to inception the spring after Jim Lawrence volunteered his time as a non parent coach for a midget AA team in Sylvan Lake. Complete Athlete trains players of all different skill levels. Complete Athlete offers Summer Ice, Spring and Fall 3 on 3’s as well as individual instruction. Our upcoming Summer Ice still has some room available for Bantam and midget aged players. See attached dates if you know of anyone looking for some ice twice per week starting July 23
