Hi Everyone! I know it's been a LONG time since my last post on this page. A few months ago I changed roles here at St. Albert Dodge!... I was moved into the role of Client Relations Manager. One of the terms of moving into my new role however was that I am still able to make sure I'm helping all of my existing clients and their friends and families moving forward! We're definitely going through strange times at the moment, but as a people, we're strong and resilient, and I have every faith that we'll all get through the other side of this thing better and stronger for it. Hi everyone! A bit of a personal post. I have been trying to keep people up to speed, but it turns out, there's a lot of people that I communicate with on a regular basis! ... Let me start by saying, I'm OK! Here goes: On Thursday Aug 15th I went to the Emergency room for what I thought was Pneumonia, or some sort of chest infection. Friday I was admitted to the Mazankowski Heart Institute at the UofA with congestive heart failure. Apparently one of the chemotherapies that I had as a child has an extremely long onset, but extremely severe side effect. For those of you that are research junkies, it's called "Doxorubicin-Induced Cardiotoxicity", or Doxorubicin Cardiomyopathy" Things were not awesome for a while, but I'm on the mend and feeling great! I'm hoping to be out of hospital early to mid week once they have me all set and stable on my new collection of heart medications. I will not be able to return to my normal daily work at the dealership for a short while, but I'm working remotely all the way through. All of my clients and friends are more than able and welcome to reach out through the same phone, text, email that you always have, or here through Facebook.
