One easy way to see results if you've been stalling for a while would be to just join a new gym... As weird as this may sound new gym also means new machines and new angles/tension your body isnt used to. This will force your body to adapt to a new stress. While this may seem "drastic" it may make for a nice change of pace from time to time

Didnt do any direct abs work in about two years.. Except from a few weeks ago because of prep.. Want visible abs? This happens in the kitchen.. Dont waste your time doing 2000 sets of crunches

When trying to develop your legs be carefull what shoes you buy... While some are very nice looking they will shift the focus on some muscle during certain exercises For example; any shoes with an elevated heel would make any squatting/leg press/hacksquat movement focus more on your quads. While this is great if your quads are lacking, it really isnt if your hamstrings/glutes are lagging... French; Lorsque vous visez le developpement de certains muscles de vos jambes, faites attention aux souliers que vous portez lorsque vous entrainez celles ci. Bien que certains souliers soient vraiment beau, ils feront en sorte que votre talon soit surélevé, ce qui mettra plus d'emphase sur vos quads lors de mouvement comme les squats, legpress, etc. Si vos quads sont un point faible ceci peut etre benefique. Par contre, si vos ischios et fessiers sont plus à travailler, ceci n'est pas ideal. Le mieux serait d'opter pour un soulier dans lequel votre pieds reste plat *Airmax, for example, wouldnt be a great option, as the heel is elevated

Very efficient way or working the adductors.. Way harder than using the machine..! dont make this the main focus of your legs workout but add it in from time to time!

One nice way to help better recruit side delts when doing lateral raise is to try and push both arms as far from yourself as possible when bringing the dumbells up. This will ensure better recruitment and less traps stimulation French; Une bonne facon de mieux travailler votre side delt et de tenter de "pousser" les bras le plus loin de vous lorsque vous faites des lateral raise. Ceci aidera à mieux isoler votre delt et moins recruter vos traps
