Be vigilant when making payment for invoices. Some vendors might use predatory practices - see attached picture. I received "Final Notice" to pay for some directory listing . 1. I never subscribed for the listing service 2. The "notice" is in guise of some sort of overdue amount. 3. If you look at the fine print - if someone inadvertently signs this documents they are on hook for $399.99 for first six months and if they don't figure it out in six months further $499.99 will be billed to the business. For chronic procrastinators, this can get them into a mess.
