Forgiveness is always about healing you and never about the other person. I look at forgiveness as an opportunity to learn a lesson that I needed in life. So if... I can’t get the other person to speak with me or even understand what I’m feeling, in the end it doesn’t matter, because what I want to do is understand for me what’s happened and free myself from the pain and suffering.
