So.... finding myself very frustrated with the politics of this situation and before my head truly explodes... I thought what positive thing can I do? The best thing all of us can do is work on boosting our immune systems! Question to you.... what does "healthy" mean? How strong is your immune system?... Do you know how your immune system works? Do you know what causes it to be compromised? Maybe you could use some of your spare time to "Google" that! There are some good videos out there to explain how your immune system works. What difference does it make if you quarantine all of this time and come out with a compromised immune system? There will always be viruses and bacteria! Is your body strong enough to fight them? Your best defense....FIGHT BACK! PS... if you already have a compromised immune system.... fight harder. It doesn't have to stay compromised! See more

So people... here is what the govt/media is not saying.... If you are truly concerned about contracting the Coronavirus you need to work on boosting your immune system not buying toilet paper. Your immune system is extremely powerful and in order for it to work, it needs to be fed. Healthy whole foods! Reduce or eliminate sugar from your diet... it is poison to your immune system! Take 1000mg of vitamin C at least three times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do the sam...e with vitamin D. Keep antivirals on hand, such as black elderberry extract, olive leaf extract and or oil of oregano. Zinc lozenges and or Colloidal Silver for sore throats. This will not prevent the virus, however it will reduce the severity and length of time that you are actually sick. This is important especially for those who have a pre-existing lung condition. Also note, stress is not good for your immune system! Stay home if you are not well... just like you do when you have the "common cold". Otherwise go out, live your life and have a blast! See more

One person's food is another person's poison! We are all "biochemically individual" which means that all food is not good for all people. Do you know if the foods you are eating are causing inflammation in your body? If you would like to explore this further with me, feel free to connect with me. http://jillsnaturalchoice.com/contact
