This morning we had a Division meeting centered around asking for referrals. It's a very uncomfortable thing to do and everyone has there own way of doing it. What resonated most with me was make yourself referable. If you are trustworthy and good at what you do your clientele will just naturally refer you to the people they trust and value the most. This afternoon during my massage my massage therapist (who is AMAZING if you need a referral) said "thank you for the business... you refer to me, it does not go unnoticed" which is more than I expect but very much appreciated. I value small and large businesses that take pride in the services they provide and do it with integrity, people that will treat you like family if you show them loyalty and respect and will do everything in their power to earn both.
