A typical 1950's house in an older subdivision can be a rewarding project. This became a retirement home for a couple who chose to downsize in a way that would accommodate the family gatherings and provide a pleasant and comfortable living space for them. The unfinished basement became a good place for a sewing room and a theater room. Removing one bedroom upstairs and a few wall around the kitchen did wonders for the usefulness and all around comfort. The walk in closet is also the laundry room.Possibilities abound with good and creative planning.

About a year ago we were asked to design and draft a refacing and renovation to Indian Head Chrysler in Saskatchewan. These photos show the proposed model and the transition that took place as a result.
