Yet another inspiring ‘Never give up’ story...

In 1991, one late night after a night out at Pallazo Night Club, sitting on the couch having a snack before bed, I saw a Tony Robbins' infomercial on his Personal Power Audio Program, and I ordered the audio tapes. Sixteen years later, November 2-5, 2007, I attended Tony Robbins' Unleash The Power Within Seminar in Atlanta, Georgia. One year later, December 11-16, 2008, I attended Tony Robbins' Date With Destiny Seminar in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.... The following summer, June 11-14, 2009, fifteen friends and family members attended Tony Robbins' Unleash The Power Within Seminar in Toronto on my recommendation, as I volunteered on Crew back stage, being mentored by one of Tony's lead trainers at the time, Steve Linder. I learned a tremendous amount about people, their behaviors, and how Tony is so effective at helping people get out of their own way to go after what they want. As a result of attending those seminars and loving personal growth, I went on to get Coaching Certifications in both Co-Active Coaching (If you Google 'Co-active Coaching' you will see my name and link to my website on the first page of results :) ) and NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming - key tools that Tony uses to help people transform their lives. Over the past five years, It hasn't been easy to go from corporate Canada to working for myself and all the challenges that came with it, however, I have persisted and continue to make strides in my life helping people where I can. I've heard Tony's story - below in video - a hundred times (maybe more, maybe less :) ), and it serves as a reminder to me that I am not alone in my challenges, and that it is not that I have challenges in life, but how I view my challenges that determines how I proceed. If you are one of the few that also has challenges in your life, take 3 minutes to see this video, there just may be a gold nugget of a quote in it that can put things in to perspective for you and put you on a different path than you are on.
