Hello friends! We know this lockdown has got some people feeling extra frustrated about training. We wanted to start reposting some of our training videos from the start of the lockdown to give you somewhere to get started! Feel free to follow along here!

Hello Jiyu-Shin Friends! We just wanted to keep you updated on the plans for reopening. We will be watching the news for updates about our zone colours and restrictions. Please note that as long as we are in the RED zone we will remain closed. This means our hopeful return date of March 22nd may get pushed if our zone doesn't change. We will send out updates via social media and our newsletter so keep an eye out for those! Otherwise, we will see you when we're no longer RED!

Hello again friends! Since there has not yet been a change to the red zone rules regarding multi-room facilities, we are proactively making a plan. We know the red zone will last for a minimum of 2 weeks, so at the moment we are planning to return to class March 22nd! We will touch base again closer to the date, or if anything changes between now and then. We are sorry for the interruption in classes, but we hope to train with you again soon!

Hello everyone! We were so excited to see everyone back this last week. As we move into the red zone, we are waiting on the review of a policy by Peterborough Public Health this week to know whether or not we need to shut down or change class protocols to stay open during our time in the red zone. This week, Peterborough Paramedics have tested more than 500 people daily at the COVID-19 drive-through site, working overtime to get through long lines of cars.... We continue to experience extremely high volumes and ask that you come prepared to wait, which may include bringing a snack or any necessary medications with you. Please note that the public washrooms at Eastgate Memorial Park are now open on a temporary basis. When waiting in line, please avoid blocking bus stops and driveways with your car.
