Words cannot express how deeply grateful I am for this business. I live in Brighton and I was in Kingston for my son to have a surgical procedure. Unfortunately... I was unable to wait in the hospital due to COVID protocol. I had to pick up a few things at Walmart and as I was getting ready to leave to pick up my 9 year old son from recovery I noticed something was terribly wrong with my brakes. I saw J & J auto across the street and when I explained to Jamie what had happened and how urgently I needed to get to my son, he immediately pulled my car in to repair it. Jamie and his team worked nonstop to get me back on the road safely and I was finally able to pick up my little boy. Jamie, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you did. Today was an extremely stressful day for my daughters family. Their son was having surgery at the Dieu Hospital and he was with his father. My daughter was wa...iting it out and went to the Walmart. She noticed her break pedal went right to the floor. She was scared and stressed. She noticed J & J across the street and headed for their business. A gentleman named Jamie assisted her and took her car in right away, even though he had work in the garage, all because of the circumstances. He repaired both brake lines as quick as he was able and things didn't always run smoothly for the mechanic but he got it done. The receptionist was kind and spoke to her alot to pass the time quicker. This business was amazing and I would highly recommend this business to anyone in area.
