Stock tie pin: a free form Argentium (.935) silver pin, with a tempered nickle pin (rather than silver) to support the weight. Accented with a 6 mm garnet round. Lighting doesn't do the garnet justice!
Hmm, first post since January 2?? Gosh, time does fly. Haven't been up to creating these days, but am tickled pink to have just completed a brooch for my daughter, for her riding show shirt. Hand forged, all Argentium silver, with a lab grown star sapphire! Now just to get her signed up for her first show!
Ruby Two Paws: I made this pendant for a dear friend, and cat lover....and July baby ;) Argentium (.935) silver focal on a sterling silver chain :)
Someone (me) used her prong lifter for a different purpose, breaking the end off it. Trying my hand at taking my wedding set apart (no! Not bad news!) as Melissa Caron will be resetting the stones in one of her yummy creations. And in yellow gold, as I've had it with white gold - my finger becomes incredibly itchy and looks like it has been scalded :(
I was asked if I could stamp the spinner of a worry ring, which is something that I have wanted to try for quite sometime! I ended up using thick sheet for the spinner and only cutting it to size after stamping, as the stamping, I discovered, distorted the metal.
