* OFFICE UPDATE * We are continuing to monitor developments during the Covid 19 outbreak and want to assure our clients and potential clients that we will conti...nue to operate our business and prepare and file personal and business returns. There are a few important changes to be aware of though. - While our office will remain open from 8 to 5 Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 10 to 12 the door will be locked. We will admit clients for drop off and pick up as needed but wish to limit contact so we strongly encourage clients to email their tax info to [email protected] instead. - We will still be available to schedule appointments but we recommend that any meeting be conducted through FaceTime or Skype. Please email us to book an appointment. - Our turnaround time for preparing a return is still one week. Those that require a Business Schedule will be contacted upon completion. - The filing deadline has been extended to June 1st. For those receiving a refund the CRA usually issues those within 8 days after it’s been efiled. Those with a balance owing will have until the end of August to pay without interest. This timetable may be subject to change. These measures will remain in effect until further notice. We wish to limit any inconvenience to our clients and we also want everyone to remain healthy.
