Soulsong Journeys

Hello friends! Soulsong Journeys are a gift of loving energy sent to you through sound and vibration by your guides and mine, as sung through me. You need do nothing to participate other than signing up on a weekly basis to become a recipient of the healing energies. I post the invitation, usually on Sundays or Mondays. You are sung to each day for a week at a time, and can renew your place in the group as often as you choose. This is distance healing, so you don't have t...o hear it in person or be with me to receive it. We often think that unless we are very ill we don't need to seek solutions or processes for healing. But healing really just means rebalancing anything within us that is off-centre, or out of sync with our wellness and wholeness. It can seem to be a minor issue, or maybe one that we have carried for years, and just can't quite seem to get rid of. Sound healing processes are somatic processes that shift the stuckness we often feel but can't put our finger on, for example. Sound healing is the most potent and expedient way to shift energies in your being, since we all vibrate, and each part of our several bodies vibrates as well. Sound affects us to the core, and can shift old patterns of thought, pain body manifestations, and stuck energy, all of which are connected. All of this sound work is done on an energetic level, which means you receive the effects of the work in your internal reality or in what are sometimes referred to as your 'other bodies', your etheric body, your suble body, your auric field. The effects are tangible to those who take note of them. As of January 2020, I will be asking for a fee for my work, as it is an important energy exchange between me and you. During this time of great change and upheaval, keeping yourself in balance becomes more and more important. We are affected by a lot of shifiting energies and intensely so. Sound frequencies move through matter and affect us to the core with the ability to rebalance our energy field, and that includes emotions, thoughts arising from emotions, and illness arising from unprocessed emotions. Unprocessed emotions get stuck in areas of the body and stored there until they are addressed consciously, or through therapies such as healing sound frequencies. If you would like to receive free healing frequencies specifically directed to your needs, the list is open for 4 more participants beginning this coming Monday, August 19th. For those who wonder what I do when I use vocal sound to heal for the distance sessions, I sing healing mantras and chants from different cultures as well as free-form sound, and always include singing the participant's name during my sessions. Sometimes drumming and movement are also accessed. I call in your guides and healers along with my own, and the archangels of healing and music of the spheres to aid us in channelling and receiving the healing sound, light, love and energy. It's a very beautiful process.

With Mercury in retrograde, the solar eclipse, and a new moon in Cancer, all happening this week and for the next while, we can find ourselves processing a lot of emotions from the past and present. They are coming up to signal an area of our being in need of attention, acknowledgement and healing. Sound frequencies unlock stuck areas or energies in the bodies (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional) and allow them to flow into expression and release, leading to realignment ...of energies afterwards. Welcome to Soulsong Journeys! Presently I offer sound healing transmissions on the energetic level using my voice and accompaniment to assist you in whatever healing, balancing, releasing you may need in body/mind/spirit. I also offer 1-1 live voice, movement and eco arts sessions for your wellness and self-transformation. Right now I am offering free sessions at a distance where sound energy is sent to you each day in the late evening hours - 9-10 p.m. EDT. You do not ha...ve to do anything to participate other than respond to my weekly offering by indicating here on this page if you want to be included in the session. I will notify you by posting here who is included on each week's list. It is a first come-first served system, and I cannot take more than 6 participants each week for now. I will indicate more or less each week. It runs for 5 consecutive days for each group. If you want to participate more actively in the transmission, just set aside 15 minutes within the evening time frame offered to sit in meditation or quietude, eyes closed and in a comfortable position. This is not necessary, however, for the energies to help you, but the more intention we bring collectively to the group, the better. The energy is sent via the sound energy field and you receive it in your auric field, so it is not necessary to hear me physically to receive the effects of the sound.
