Last night our son brought supper and a visit.

Here’s supper from two nights ago. I had made pasta sauce and froze it in September so brought out a jar to thaw precooked pasta for Philip and myself and also preooked meatballs I had made to the sauce. The sauce simmered with the meatballs, pasta was reheated and sauce put on top. Yum :)

Tupperware says they can shop this before Christmas is ordered by the 11th of November

Here’s what Philip cooked last pm. Yum yum. He thawed I’m the fridge partially then dumped in the crock pot with a liner to make clean up easy. He stirred it once and then added tapioca starch to thicken at the end. He was confused at how easy it was to do. Wahooo. Forgot to add the peas when thickening...next time :)

I’m excited....I’ve meal prepped over 30 meals for me while I recouperate from my hernia repair today. Philip can’t cook but these meals prepped raw and frozen that will go in the slow cooker, instant pot, oven or fry pan with a bit of coaching. I ran out of Tupperware to put it all in but I want to keep doing this to will have enough for smaller amounts of meals at a time. I’ll keep you posted as we go. I cooked the Thai chicken soup yesterday and it was ready when I got home this am. It is very yummy. I We transferred 8 meals up to the kitchen to use then restock as we go.

Interesting read. That 's why it pays to buy Tupperware It has a warranty with it no one else can offer :) Let me know if you have cracked or damaged items and I can have them replaced.
