Sept stats are in and no shockers... Still a wildly demanding market. Cambridge home sales are up nearly 28% from Sept of last year and on average are selling for 107% of the listing price. Kitchener and Waterloo are up 17.9% & 12.1% respectfully. This past month the average resale price for Cambridge was $637,910.... Questions?
