My skin is happy..which makes me happy! Since the pandemic started and I stopped working, I really wanted to focus on increasing my water intake. I always drank a lot of water, but teaching a lot of classes every week, and sweating all the time I had a hard time playing catch up. I didnt realize how dehydrated I actually was. Someone commented the other day on how great my skin was looking. Its definitely a combination of staying hydrated, and a great skin care regime (which Im happy to share if youre curious).
