Membership Attention and Retention Coordinator We are looking for a Coordinator to act in the capacity of liaison between South Shore Tourism and prospective members. The Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment of new membership, from serving as the first point of contact for membership related questions to organizing a plan to recruit new members. You will also be tasked with maintaining records, tracking new membership figures and communicating with t...he SSTC Coordinator. To be successful, you will be able to increase membership by a predetermined agreed upon number new members and ensure member satisfaction. Ultimately, an excellent Coordinator should be an outstanding communicator with a talent for building strong relationships between members and the organization. Membership Coordinator Responsibilities: Handling all questions and information requests regarding membership in cooperation with the Coordinator. Processing membership applications and preparing same for invoicing. Maintaining and updating membership records. Assisting with member communication activities. Collecting data, tracking membership statistics, and preparing reports. Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members. Communicating with the SSTC Coordinator to track membership revenue. Preparing membership marketing materials. Membership Coordinator Requirements: High school diploma/GED. Previous experience in member management, sales, or recruitment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and or Google Docs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to cold call without hesitation. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to think creatively and take initiative. Excellent writing and editing skills. Highly organized. See more
