One of the problems with chronic anxiety and worry is that anxiety invites us to worry about the pitfalls, mistakes, failures and dangers in even the simplest of things like how do I want to have fun today and the biggest of things like what do I want in my future. One solution might be to think about what we want when we are able to relax and set worry aside for a time. Perhaps while relaxing with a morning coffee, watching funny animal videos, or after exercising, when we are able to grab an idea and take a step closer to what we want until anxiety interferes again and we need to look for relaxation again because we deserve to know and do what we want.
