Raccoon broke through this roof. We were able to patch it up nicely and put some protective material underneath to deter the raccoon if she tries again.

The roofing crew did this repair yesterday. Due to poor architecture and poor roofing, water was pooling up and getting underneath the flashing. They were able to divert the flow of water and properly flash this area to insure no more leaks can occur. ... Thankfully we were able to fix it before it did anymore damage
