I am here to serve you with your legal needs. I will do what it takes to help you. I know this is a great time of stress for you and your family. I continue to work on wills and powers of attorney, divorce and family matters, accidents and injury files, employment matters and property transactions. I work virtually by email and video and with other protective measures such as drop boxes, video meetings and video witnessing of documents. I give options to sign documents in person by meeting you remotely and witness from my car while you sign documents, or we meet in a very large boardroom with a distance of 12 feet apart. I am here to serve you with your legal needs. I will do what it takes to help you.
Pretty much a real law practice now, I made the yellow pages...my grandparents would be proud. Thanks Beth Peterson!

Report it. With new obligations for employers + protections for employees re: workplace harassment, bullying + misconduct, see info at @CCOHS + @WorkSafeNB I am a certified workplace investigator by the @HRPA. It is important to get to the bottom of harrasssment situations.
** Important Announcement **
Finished my first workplace misconduct investigation this week. Intense but satisfying. . .... I'm HRPA certified in conducting workplace investigations. I have a legal background and experience serving as former Minister responsible for Worksafe, Labour Employment Board and the Human Rights Commission. Maybe I can help. [email protected]
My colleague Mindy Moore and I met with Mission Pawsible NB today at our law offices to discuss animal rights advocacy, representation and the law. Thanks Gordon, Wendy, Susan and Cameron.
Thanks Marty Forsythe for inviting me to play today in the John Wood Foundation Golf Tournament. Along with teammates Brian Johnson and John Ballem.
Greg Thompson always had time for me. We had great times campaigning and working together on numerous issues, including base gagetown agent orange. He was a mentor. He always put his contingents first. One time we went to a house in Wickham and the woman was not happy about something. I didnt know what to do. Greg started talking to her about her garden and from there things went great. A nice lesson indeed. RIP. ... that same trip to Wickham during his campaign I was driving and on the side of the dirt road with no houses was a small liberal sign, I drove over it... we laughed and laughed ... then joked that it probably got caught in my bumper so better stop and check. Ha. Greg insisted we better go back and fix it. Fun memories.

Having coffee with Sally Wells and my high school VP stops and says hi.
Yesterday I had an absolute pleasure to visit my clients in Minto to get their wills and powers of attorney signed. The husband and wife couple are in their early nineties, sharp as tacks. Afterwards the gentleman took me to Tim Hortons for a coffee to say thanks. What an honor! Very nice to meet them, and his daughter and son in law. It made my day. I know I am where I need to be, doing what I'm doing right now. Thank you for trusting me with this important work.
I can support your place of employment with objective workplace investigations based on principles of law and fairness. Pass on the word.
Your future and that of your families' matter.
A pleasure to be attending the @HRPA Certified Workplace Harrassment and Violence Investigation Program in Toronto this week with Kelly Vanbuskirk employment law expert from @LawsonCreamer and Dr. Bill Howatt HR specialist in mental health at the workplace and @globeandmail columnist. It's your fault! Premier Gallant and Minister Horsman could have kept the Marwood power pole contract in NB, they refused to do what previous Govts did and give a local economic exemption and avoid tenders. They refused to protect local jobs. Brian Gallant allowed the contract to be given to Quebec when he was asked not to. It's his fault.
I am proud to be MLA for 5 CDSB Gagetown and Oromocto-Lincoln-Fredericton New Brunswick, I am proud to be Canadian.

I SHARED this post, you should too. Confirmed today, Premier Gallant directly involved with Property Tax Scandal, millions of dollars wrongly taken from homeowners. Resign - Its your fault. CBCNB NEWS -> http://www.cbc.ca//premier-brian-gallant-tax-assessment-ch
I have SHARED this and you should too if you are upset about being robbed of property tax and feel Brian Gallant has got to go. If anyone else defrauded the govt they'd be in jail by now.
Wishing 341 Oromocto Nipigon Sea Cadets and 1 2647 Oromocto Army Cadet the very best of a trip overseas to Vimy100. Presented to them the New Brunswick flag that will be proudly flown at Vimy100 Apr 9. You've worked hard, so proud of you!

NB Early Childhood Care cuts, layoffs and office closure...and not due to snow. This group spoke loudly against previous $2.3M cut to daycares. Working families pay a lot more in tax under Gallant/Trudeau, but seem to be getting a lot less.
Condolences to the family of young Nick Lannigan, to Chief Shelley Sabattis and all our neighbours at Oromocto First Nation. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
