What hidden problems might you miss when viewing the bedroom during a virtual home tour? 1. It may not actually be a bedroom - some listings call a bonus room a bedroom. Ask if the room is legally considered a bedroom. 2. It lacks privacy - that large, beautiful window in the master bedroom may look right into the neighbour's master bedroom.... 3. Early morning sunlight. Find out the direction the room faces. 4. Your furniture and "stuff" won't fit. Ask what size the bed is, get the dimensions of the dresser, ask to see inside the closets, and make note of the size, shelves, and other organizational features. 5. The location in the house may be inconvenient. Are all the bedrooms on the same floor? Is the master bedroom next to the kitchen or laundry room? Where are the bathrooms in reference to the bedrooms?
