A piece of equipment has failed leaving us unable to get Roebuck, Stones Corners and Bethel towers back up and running today. We usually have back up however everything was lost in the fire and our orders have not been received yet. We will be traveling to pick up a replacement first this tomorrow and getting these towers back up and running are our number one priority! We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused as we do understand how important an internet connection is for those working from home and doing school from home. We appreciate all the kind words and undstanding from our amazing customers as we work to bounce back from the huge loss we have suffered!

Tuesday Morning 10:43 am: We seem to be experiencing an outage in North Augusta (Hall Road), Bishops Mills, Mountain, Pelton's Corners. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

Everything including cell phones appear to be back up and fully operational Have a great evening. We have after hours support via Facebook Messenger if you need us :-)

At 4:13pm Monday April 5th, our fibre went down at multiple locations. Getting reports Bell, Vigin, Telus Koodoo phones have no service. DSL is also down. Appears to be a bell routing issue affecting as far as Kingston to Ottawa. We have logged multiple tickets with Bell but if it affects cell service they will act pretty quick. Note: this has nothing to do with the fire this weekend that wiped out our main office. We expect service to be restored quickly.

The email servers have been damaged in the fire. We are working quickly to get an office back together and will have a status update for you in the next few days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

12:00pm Thursday Aug 6, 2020 - Large area Bell fibre outage affecting cell phone service as well as our wireless Internet services. They have not provided an eta on a fix yet. Please be patient and stay safe while you have no way to call for help.

Maynard Tower is up and running. Please power cycle your equipment if needed.

We had some temporary issues due to this extraordinary heat, but we are back online now. Please POWER CYCLE your equipment and give us a shout if you need further help.
