Tanning is back starting today!

Starting Friday please wear your masks when entering and exiting the club as well as when in the change room so we can continue keeping everyone safe. Masks do not need to be worn while working out.

Starting July 16: You know longer have to book for the general workout area (bookings continue for group classes). Come in anytime from 8am-9pm Monday to Friday or 8am-4:30pm on the weekends. No more reset time but our commitment to cleaning will remain top priority!

With the well-being of our Members, Associates & our community in mind we have made the difficult but important decision to close all GoodLife Fitness Clubs acr...oss Canada, effective immediately. We continue to be committed to the well-being of our Associates, including those who will be without work during the closure. We have made the decision to continue to pay all of our people for the next two weeks to help lessen the financial burden of this tremendous change. We look forward to welcoming them all back when we reopen. All Member payments are being suspended as of Tuesday March 17 and any paid-in-full Memberships will be put on freeze until further notice and expiry dates will be extended accordingly.
