Aujourd,hui un 6 octobre a Nanaimo, Bc la temperature est de 21 celcius ami de l'Abitibi. En janvier 2020, je pesais 248 lbs. Aujourd'hui j'en suis a 215 lbs. Mon secret, j'ai abandonner la biere, j'ai cesser de manger avant de me coucher et je mange a des heures regulieres.

La semaine dernière, j'ai réalisé une superbe séance photo avec une femme extraordinaire. Dieu l'a mise sur mon chemin en réponse a mes prières. Son nom est Sarah. Last week I had a great photoshoot with an amazing woman. God put her in my path in answer to my prayers. Her name is Sarah.

They have so many butyfull place in Vancouver Island to have some good time in fresh wather.

My diner i have just made inside my hunday accent 2016. This is because a pastor from Nanaimo kicked me out of his house.
