The thing I loved most about hiking this trail was that the landscape changed almost constantly, allowing us to see something new around every corner.

One year ago my friend Callum (pictured below) and myself attempted to Summit the tallest peak of the Trophy Mountains, but we never quite made it. This August long weekend we finally got our redemption. ~CwemCwem Lake, elevation: 6,890 ft.

One of the many reasons I love photography is getting to find little gems like this one, located past the Meadows on Trophy Mountain in Wells Gray.
It's been a while since I've posted anything, so here's one from a trip I took to Pemberton this weekend.
"Behold the Mountains and their splendor." The Mountains of the Rockies are truely a sight to behold, and I am so fortunate in having the ability to hike into places like this.
Floe Lake in the Kootenays. The greenish-blue glacial water is mesmerizing.
Mount Robson is an icon of the Canadian Rockies. No matter the day, or what side you view it from, It's stunning.

What was supposed to be a short 12Km round trip to Kinney Lake turned out to be a full on 38Km trip all the way to Berg Lake and back. The trip took 11.5 hours total, and my feet are SORE!
