I was lucky enough to purchase my grandparents home. I was also lucky that they never updated anything! So before we rented it out to family it needed a facelift. All we really did besides paint was refinish the original maple floors, epoxy the tub and tile, and install some new baseboards. A little elbow grease and a little paint can go a LONG way. These crown mouldings were originally painted with the flat ceiling paint. Now they are really accentuated with a Premium Benjamin Moore Trim Enamel paint with a Pearl finish.

This client used Benjamin Moore’s Sag Harbor Gray, Gloucester Sage and Midsummer Night colours. They really tied the trim, siding, and doors together.
