The seller also wanted to list higher then the other two available. We did. The home was vacant , no furniture at all. Over 40 showings , 7 open houses , and 4 weeks on the market we used a Hollywood style listing video and placed it on YouTube and Facebook ads as well as instagram with ove...r 15,000 views . We also virtually staged the entire home , some photos attached which helped viewers and buyers picture where their furniture may go and what would fit. (@vancityvirtual ) for the virtual stage job .
