I've been wanting to buy some new floor mats for my car. Decided rather than purchase something I would play a bit and see if I couldn't make something out of the norm. How about some carbon fiber to dress things up. Completely wrong reason for carbon fiber but sure it must add 20 horse power to the car....lol. Yes, I have been able to make them flexible to lay down nicely. Let me know your thoughts please. Am I going nuts?

Here is the latest addition to my product line. The all new 987 Boxster ducktail. The design and look is similar to the very popular 986 part. This does fit both gen 1 and 2 cars. I now have the option of having these painted to color match. Yes, I can also have the 986 ducktails painted. Here are pictures of the ducktail in black on a silver car and the ducktail painted Arctic silver metallic to match the car. These are now available and can ship within a few days of order.

New Cayman 987.1 splitter. It was time to design something a bit more street friendly for the Cayman. This new version is a sectional splitter as I have now done for the 996TT, 987.1 Boxster and the 996 GT3. The three sections of the splitter bolt together leaving only a slight joint visible. Additionally if a portion of the splitter does get damaged only that section needs to be replaced thus reducing cost for new splitter. Shipping costs for these sectional splitters are g...reatly reduced. I can ship this new part in the continental U.S. for 25 dollars and to Europe for 65USD whereas the original one piece splitters are in the 300 range. At factory ride height there is 5 ground clearance on this splitter and it does not protrude forward as much as the original one piece splitter. Initial introductory price on this new splitter is 300USD plus shipping. With enough interest in the next days I am willing to offer a group buy. 10 people sign up 10% discount, 20 people sign up and additional 10% discount. That works out to 243USD plus shipping. Completed another new part yesterday. The new 996 turbo/C4s sectional splitter is finally ready and available. It comes in 3 sections (pieces) to reduce shipping costs. An additional benefit being if it does get damaged only that portion needs to be replaced. As an introductory offer for the month of December the SHIPPED price is $325.00 for the US and Canada. Overseas customer will be an additional $35.00. Price as of January 2019 will be $400.00 plus shipping. This introductory price is about a 25% savings.

Got Eric fixed up with a few 986 Boxster pieces, splitter,side skirts, ducktail and intake scoop. The car looks quite amazing although I may be slightly biased. Here's a bit of what Eric said about the new additions: " After 70mph the car sucks down to the road,feels confident! The intake scoop gives very noticeable power at hwy speeds and in the higher rpms as it forces the air in! With the muffler delete and duck tail spoiler, they have counter balanced them selves! Finally managed to test fit the 987.1 Boxster chin spoiler/splitter on an actual car and not just my loose bumper. The fit is amazing and installation simple. It does require drilling holes in the bottom (underside) of the bumper for attachment. This is a three piece sectional splitter designed along the lines of my very popular 996 GT3 splitter. Why 3 pieces....shipping cost primarily. An added benefit is if the splitter is damaged only that portion needs replacing. These are now ready for sale. As an introductory price I will offer them at 235 USD shipping included in the US lower 48 and Canada. International customers please contact me with a postal code and I will get shipping costs.

Here is a new piece for the 996 turbo owners.....Side skirts. I've been working on these for the past couple of months and they are now completed and ready to go. These pieces replace the plastic factory lower valance. Attachment is with 10 of the original fasteners, two sided tape as well as the ability to drill four holes in the underside of the rocker panel. I managed to re-invent the wheel over the past couple of weeks. Took the five year old 996 GT3 splitter and cut it into three sections. This will give us two money saving advantages. First as an example shipping the new splitter in a much smaller box than the original one piece design cuts shipping from 73 to 26 dollars from me to Florida. Secondly if the splitter does get damaged only that portion of the splitter needs to be replaced again saving cost of the replacing only the damaged section and shipping. This new sectional splitter will come in carbon fiber and the first ten out the door will be at the price of the original black FRP one piece design...$200.00. Once the ten are gone price is going up on the carbon fiber version. They are available now.

986/996 Lightweight Doors I received a request to make 986/996 lightweight race doors. The doors will be designed after the 996 cup doors with recessed inner liner to allow space for roll cage. They will accommodate factory latch and hinges but will not have window frames. I am not wanting to drag out the tooling cost by amortizing it over the long run. To this end I am looking for commitments for the first 10 pairs of doors prior to starting the project. The 10 brave folks ...who are willing to commit to the doors will get them for a very special price of 1250.00 CDN dollars. At today's exchange rate that is 1001 USD. Here's a new one. I'm diversifying. For some strange reason Jeep half doors have caught my attention. Thus far I've managed to get the drivers side door molds made now working on the passenger side. These will be available in carbon fiber and black gel coat/frp. I'm going to test Kevlar to see how it turns out. Right now these will work on YJ and TJ models. Stay tuned for more

It has been a busy couple of months moving and lots of orders coming in but finally managed to get my side intake scoop mold completed and making production pieces. Not having access or the funds to a wind tunnel with dyno I did a simple test to see if there was anything noticeable/measureable with the scoop. I drove the same stretch of highway in both directions 164 Km (82KM each way) once with the scoop on and then without the scoop. This was done late at night so the ambie...nt air temperature would remain fairly constant. Cruise control was set at 115KPH to eliminate my right foot from the equation. I filled the tank three times at the same gas station about 200 yards off the freeway. The one variable is how different the fills might have been, I was careful in trying to keep them the same. I used 1.2 liters less fuel for the 164Km drive with the scoop on. This translates to fuel mileage of 33.89mpg as opposed to 31.1mpg with no scoop. This is a 9% increase. My gas fills Im sure were not bang on exact but certainly didnt vary by 1.2 liters. To my simple mind I conclude if the car is doing the same amount of work with less fuel it is making more power..please correct me if you disagree. See more
