With all kinds of extras being shut down I have found myself with a little spare time in the afternoons/evenings. If I were to open up evening classes, is there any interest and what time? Please share away.

This is growth. The first time Michelle completed ‘Cindy’ she was able to get 11 arounds She wasn’t able to do jumping pull-ups at that time, so she did ring rows as well her push ups were performed from a bar set up at about her waist height. And I can tell you her squats were nowhere near this depth. That was about 1.5 years ago! Because she has made her physical health as well as her mental health a priority, she completed 14+22 rounds this morning. ... FOURTEEN rounds I couldn’t be prouder or more grateful! Thank you for allowing me & this community to be apart of your journey. I can only imagine where YOU, will all be 1 year from now. Keep chasing what you want, it’s there for you to obtain. It’s 2021 and I don’t have the time nor will I make the time to hate the things that don’t really matter. I’ve acquired so many memories wth my girls and Brent this past year. I’ve also acquired some new wobbly parts. ... I’ve found progress and growth in my business. I’ve also found a few extra dimples. I’ve noticed a sense of balance & structure. I’ve noticed a little extra, well extra stuffing. I’ve seen I’m softer, kinder and more empathetic towards myself. I’ve seen myself stumble this year. I’m standing tall now. Reach out and ask for a hand; I’m here if you need. This is me saying we got this as we jump into 2021.

A friend snapped this pic of me after I had finished my session, later sent it to me. I cried! Unwrapping this image for a minute; This picture completely depicts my last 229 days. Waking up and doing pretty much the same thing every day. Exhausted. Keep smiling but, exhausted. No amount of level headed words can help. ... Anxiety. Fear of rejection. Weight gain. Not adequate for family & friends. Panic attacks. Lasting for hours. COVID you dirty thing, you’ve change me. But you aren’t going to stop me. I am a mom, a wife, a business owner & I am me. When your brain is full AF ~ 5k ski shut it off ~ mental health has been crazy. Ever feel like some days are just too much to handle; but then that’s exactly what you do, you handle it. I’m telling you there is nothing better than people checking in on you & checking in on yourself. Needed this 5k ski this morning! ‘Yes yes yes feel amazing and then just like that something switches and I start picking at myself’! Sound about right? Been there? I have been wanting to be more vulnerable, keep holding back. Must have had just the right amount of coffee feeling bold this morning! I have been crushing my workouts, shout out to @greaser1987 for all my programming. Working hard with my fuel, thanks @sweat_effect all the guidance and gentle reminders that I’m not an asshole ....but sometimes... I find myself reverting back to my old ways! ‘Covid Alone Time’ found myself working on some things in the gym I tend to neglect, cleans, dubs & OH squat, cause they hard as a mo fo. But when coach programs...you do the things. I like to video so I can analyze. After this dirty session . I felt so proud, did all the things and felt strong. 3 minutes later watched the video and REALLY looked at the pic. ‘Could have been quicker, lower and smoother! Also rolls, moans and crotch sweat (is it though)’ To go from feeling amazing to critical in a matter of minutes, I used to sit in that all day, not anymore. Once I recognized (has taken YEARS) what I was doing had ZERO benefit, I shifted. How can we stop doubting ourselves? Why can’t it ALSO be a focus to work mental strength as well as physical? WE can!! Give yourself some bloody credit!! Because you are freakin amazing!! People love confidence and are attracted to laughter, happiness and positive energy! No longer giving shits to anyone for any reason....let them watch you soar!! #growth
