Don’t forget to thank your Realtor! Yesterday I received 6 offers on one property. That means 6 Realtors showed up to work for their clients knowing full well t...hey had a less than 20% chance of getting paid. 5 made nothing regardless of the hours of work they invested for their clients. Some Buyers didn’t listen to their Realtor’s advice and yet their representatives still showed up and did the work knowing full well the inevitable outcome.
