Carleton also had four assists, three rebounds and two steals. She was 5-of-8 from the field, including 4-of-7 beyond the arc. She was the league’s seventh-best three-point shooter in the regular season at 45.7 per cent. Seattle’s Alysha Clark sank a putback at the buzzer for the win. Game 2 in the best-of-five series will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The series was supposed to begin Sunday, but Game 1 was postponed two days after COVID-19 tests were inconclusive for three Storm players.
